- Yes. You can test our network speed from 200MB File. Test IP: 45.35.12.147.
- Yes, we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our network and servers.
- The delivery time for each Kubernetes Cluster is as follows:
- All IRC is strictly forbidden on our network. Any host found running either a IRC client or server will face suspension and possible cancellation of services.
SUPPORT QUESTIONS
- The load balancer/ingress acts as a reverse proxy, exposing HTTP and HTTPS routes from outside the cluster to services inside the K8S cluster.
- By default, we install Kubernetes 1.24 for you. We can install other versions if you have a specific requirement.
- We can help to manage version upgrades for you.
- You can enable the Linux firewall on the master and worker nodes. We have a hardware firewall before the master/worker nodes to protect your servers. We can help to create access rules for you.
- We can support Flannel or Calico CNI plugins for you.
- We typically install Ubuntu 20 or 18 on the masters/workers. Currently, we do not support OS updates.
- Yes, you can order a file server and host it on the same private network.
- The private network is a physical network. We do not have bandwidth limitations on the private or public network.
- We have more than 5 years of experience in Kubernetes. We've developed and maintained a cloud platform based on K8S at https://www.cloudclusters.io/. Our skilled staff will help to troubleshoot k8s issues if you host your K8S platform with us.
- It is kubeadm in our cloud platform.
- We will allocate a new dedicated IP for MetalLB. This will allow metal LB to move the IP from node to node as needed.
- Yes. We will help to add the new node to the Kubernetes cloud.

- Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal, Wire Transfer, and Check. If using a non-instant form of payment, your account creation will be delayed until the payment clears. Wire Transfer must be over $100. The paper check is for US clients only.
